I tre progetti finalisti avranno l'opportunità di presentare i propri progetti sul palco dell'AI Week di Rimini il 9 e 10 aprile 2024. Ogni progetto verrà votato da una giuria di eccellenza e dal pubblico in sala per determinare il podio del terzo Hackathon sull'AI targato Digitiamo.
A tutti i partecipanti verranno consegnati i gadget dell'evento ed il certificato ufficiale di partecipazione.

FAQs
Why should I participate in the Hackathon?
You will have the opportunity to interact with industry experts, enrich your baggage with significant experience and new knowledge. You will work closely with university PhDs, Senior Data Scientists and Design and Development experts. Test your mind and come up with the most innovative idea ever.
Is there a contribution for participation?
There is no cost to participate. The event is free. You will only have to provide meals. But don't worry, the area is served by bars and restaurants, in case there is also Food Delivery.
What happens once you sign up?
Your registration will be subjected to an internal check. The goal is to verify that your skills correspond to what is required by the hackathon theme. You will be notified of the outcome of the check by Friday 17 November 2023 and, if eligible, we will send you all the details for participation.
How will I be able to move around the spaces made available?
There is no closing time for November 24th. We know that creating innovation requires strong energy, which is why it will be possible to stay at VareseNext during the night. For those wishing to stop we suggest bringing a sleeping bag.
What tools should I bring?
The organization of the hackathon does not include the supply of a PC, therefore we ask you to provide yourself with the tools necessary to be able to create the best possible ideas.
Can I only participate in one of the two days?
The hackathon includes two operational days, where on the first day you will be assigned to a work team. It is therefore not possible to skip one of the two days, as it would not guarantee your teammates a fair contribution.
Can I come to the event only as a spatter?
The space available for the hackathon is calculated on the basis of the participants, as is the final aperitif. No unauthorized guests are allowed.
A chi appartiene la proprietà intellettuale dei progetti realizzati?
L’evento hackathon ha l’obiettivo di portare e far crescere progetti innovativi nel panorama di riferimento. Per tale motivo i progetti ed i relativi contenuti realizzati verranno rilasciati in modalità open source.
Posso iscrivermi con il mio team?
É possibile creare e registrarsi all'hackathon con un team. Consigliamo di avere all'interno del team figure trasversali che coprono più competenze evitando di avere più figure operative su un unico settore (designer, developer, data scientist, software engineer, ecc). Consigliamo anche di creare un gruppo che sia composto da un minimo di 3 persone fino ad un massimo 5. Non vi verrà assegnato alcun nuovo membro.
É importante avere necessariamente competenze AI per partecipare?
Non è importante avere particolari competenze nell'ambito AI. Accettiamo iscrizioni da figure con diversi background. L'obiettivo è incentivare la contaminazione tra figure differenti all'interno di uno specifico team perché crediamo che la collaborazione possa stimolare la creazione di idee geniali. Quindi accettiamo iscrizioni da figure business, marketing, design, development, data science, ecc. Non ti preoccupare, il tuo team avrà almeno una figura competente nell'ambito AI che supporterà lo sviluppo del progetto. State pronti a dare il meglio di voi!
Cosa succede una volta che mi iscrivo come "singolo"?
Una volta che ti sarai iscritto come "singolo", quindi senza un team, l'organizzazione dell'hackathon provvederà a inserirti in un nuovo team. Cercheremo di comporre tutti i nuovi team con figure che coprono quanti più verticali possibili considerando la quantità di un minimo di 3 fino a un massimo di 5 membri. Non verrai assegnato ad alcun gruppo già esistente.
